Shipping & Delivery


- We’re based in North Carolina and offer complimentary case delivery once per month to every part of the state. Check out our monthly delivery schedule.


- We offer weekly delivery to the Triangle. Again, it’s a complimentary service for case orders.


- If you’re unwilling to wait for the complimentary delivery, no sweat. We can ship at our standard rate upon your request.


- We ship on Monday only. Upon explicit request, we can make an exception. Please let us know if your order is time-sensitive.


- We ship to the United States only and do not offer shipping service to Massachusetts or Utah.


- All our shipments require an adult signature. It’s the law.

- We ship via UPS or FedEx ground. If you prefer another service, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.


- Hot or cold temperatures pose a risk to the integrity of your wine; it may spoil. We’ll automatically hold your orders during this time. If you’d like us to release your wine despite our recommendation, you’re liable for any related damage the product incurs during transit.

- We don’t offer cold shipping methods.
